Honey Peanut Butter Banana Burrito *wow thats a tongue twister*
Peanut Butter *for protein*
Flour Tortilla (not sure about the ingredients as far as vegans are concerned! sorry!)
Banana *for potassium*
Honey *for anti-oxidants* (vegans could use syrup in place of this)
heat the tortilla for about 20 seconds in the microwave to warm it up. then spread some peanut butter *i use smooth but crunch could work* on the tortilla. since it was heated it will spread fairly easily. Then drizzle on some honey and put back in the microwave for 11 more seconds. Next slice part of a banana into it; wrap it up; and enjoy :]. It is quite possible one of the most delicious things I've ever had. though its kind of runny and messy; so keep some napkins at hand :].
