Here is my problem: I have 2 trees absolutely loaded with kumquats, and I can't seem to find any good way to use lots of them up before they fall on the ground. I sell some of them to the local health food store, but there isn't a huge demand for these little guys.
I also have a tree literally dripping with Suriname Cherries. (a lot different than sweet cherries) I tried making jam out of them, but it tasted awful!
Does anybody have any good ideas for how I can use these fruits before they all just rot on the ground? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, even if you haven't actually tried them yourself!
