Heat a little oil in fry pan on high and add following ingredients cover and let simmer for 3minutes add tomato last and let simmer 30 seconds longer and then enjoy!
* About two large handful of fresh string beans cut into thirds
* heavy dash of parsley about a table spoon
* dash of black pepper about a tea spoon
* pinch of salt about 1/4 tea spoon
* heavy splash of white wine at least a 1/4 cup
* big squirt of honey or maple syrup (for vegans) 2 tablespoons
* dash of garlic powder about 1/2 tablespoon
* Add one diced fresh tomato 30 seconds before done

    Oh ya I forgot to include ! table spoon of soy sauce. Enjoy, NAMASTE!
