Anyone have any experience with the cooking properties of Ackee (national fruit of Jamaica)?
It certainly resembles scrambled eggs in texture.

i've found it quite tasty seasoned with onion, salt, pepper, thyme, parsley in stir fry.
What about blended? baking? etc.?
