Hey folks, i heard Bottle gourd contains 96% of water and 12 calories per 100g of serving so the remaining will easily digestible fiber.So it is the easily digestive food. This bottle gourd juice helps to reduce the weight and belly. And it reduces the BS (blood sugar) level for diabetes easily. Any dishes folks using bottle gourd other than raw juices???

1 cup bottle gourd, grated (remove the skin and seeds)
1-2 teaspoon cumin powder
1.5 cups low fat or full fat Greek or any Indian yogurt
1 cup milk or water
Salt & Pepper to taste
Roasted cumin seeds and cilantro for garnish (optional)
Remove the skin of the bottle gourd. Cut them into half and scoop the seeds out with a spoon.
Grate it and microwave on high for 5-8 minutes.
Using a whisk, mix yogurt, milk or water, cumin powder, salt and pepper. Add more or less water to dilute the raita as per your liking.
Garnish with choppe cilantro and roasted cumin seeds
