I don't like that I have to give them my email to see anything. They should have some sample plans that people can peruse. And is this free?

Why would I pay for a meal plan from "expert nutritionists" (a rather self-aggrandizing label), when there are thousands of great vegan websites and books offering such things entirely free of cost?
