What is the 'Connections' icon about?

On our profile pages we have 'Connections' now. What is it? Is there a blurb somewhere about it? Thanks....

Hi KL-

Thought this was obvious, sorry. Connections is your "buddy" list. You can save HC members to your list so that you can connect with them more easily, and also invite them to connect back to you.
