  • Vegan at its best!

The guca with plantain chips is great! But, have you tried Fika's brunch?! They cook it up on Saturdays and Sundays, and it will blow your mind that this is vegan (but it is! ). It grew up eating sausage and gravy, you have got to try this vegan take - they will probably take the secret to their buttermilk gravy to the grave! And if you have a sweet tooth, they have French toast beignets! Anything organic that can be sourced, locally is used in their cooking - which makes me, a local, a regular!
