[Late October 2014, the information was as follows: Open Monday-Saturday 7:30am-8:30pm Set Menu: 5 soles] The cheapest option for a vegetarian menu in Chiclayo (5 soles) that included a soup, a main course and a beverage (very basic food). I didn't tried them but they also offer a selection of Indian and Peruvian food a la carte at a very low price, and a range of snacks (vegan biscuits) and veggie products (carne de soya, brown rice, and so on)
