• Humble and Incredible!

Don’t let this small, humble market fool you. Their counter style food rocked my world, so much so that it beat out my Pre-v Days. We had the loaded Mac n Cheese, the Dirty Dog, and the Nori Fries. The Mac n Cheese was by far the very best I’ve ever had! It was so rich and creamy and cheesy, it even beat out my own! I don’t mean to sound humble-bragging, but as a recipe developer this was HUGE. There aren’t enough adjectives to describe how good it was- order it. I insist. Now they are known for their “hot dogs”. Mostly that makes me think of over sized and sloppy situations where the redeeming quality is the quantity of mediocre toppings. Their Dirty Dog was the one and only hot dog that blew my mind. It was phenomenal! Spicy and cheese and the bite of pickles- they have earned the right to be known by them! And let’s talk about the genius of Nori Fries. First off- Sriracha mayo is practically a food group to me. With the sprinkle of toasted nori on top and savory sesame, they were unbelievable. I cannot overstate how incredible this place is. Go. Thank me later.
