- Very vegan-friendly
The Spice Route is located really in the centre of Ronda. We got there for lunch-time (open until 4:30 pm. For dinner they open again at 8:00 pm. Our waiter pointed out the vegan items on the menu right away. You can have almost everything vegan. We got the spinach croquettes as a starter and the paella as the main dish. We also received a free appetizer (pepper-almond-paste with pita-bread). Everything was exceptionally delicious. We definitely would go there again.
