Really like this place now! The burger is fantastic (the homemade bun is perfect), the escalope is yummy; and the Bourdalou tart is excellent. I'm glad they got better and better. Looking forward to going again. --------------------- I've been to Hope a few times now. So it's time for a new review. :) They change some of plates in the menu seasonally, which I like as I get to try new things from time to time. So far, I've enjoyed all the plates they offer (I love the tempura!). Desserts are good too, I liked both the carrot cake (when they had it) and the moelleux au chocolat. But what I actually liked the most were the sesame biscuits! Having said that, I think that the dessert menu could have a bit more interesting things. The service is impeccable: friendly, attentive and normal waiting times. If you're around the neighborhood, I'd suggest you pay them first a visit, before going to the other vegan-friendly listings around. Updated from previous review on 2017-11-25
