perhaps if this shop was in a major city I wouldn't rate it so highly, but it's in Kirkcaldy. I'm sure if it was in a major city the owner would adapt and get even better, but she is working to her market strengths. lots of nutritional supplements, foods and more importantly, advice. good staff well trained who want to help. great selection of wholefoods, gf and other allergy food help. lots of organic food, vegan chocolate and a fridge of vegan products. if our are in Kirkcaldy you should support this shop.
