"Look at that chef, he sure as hell doesn't look Vegan to me" I thought.....and he wasn't .He looked like a classic Chilean...and a chef...A Chefleno. And he was, using classic techniques and methods to serve his VEGAN / Veg and whole range of customers.He served me a Tomatican...no, not a can of tomatoes ? but a tomato based stew bursting with flavor.Then he came up with an herb-filled VEGAN pasta with artichokes, peppers, et al and a coconut- based cheese.Fantástico! Take a peek at Chef Francisco on the website and say, " Hola" to him when you go for your great meal. ?
