- vegetarian choice in Monteverde
We were starving after our adventurous drive to Monteverde and were happy to find this vegetarian restaurant. My son and I had the Casado. It included rice, beans, a salad, plantains, mixed veggies and a vegetarian patty. It was delicious and cost $10. My husband had a burrito which he said was very good. The woman who served us was very friendly and let us know which items could be made vegan.
