- Cute restaurant, made-to-order healthy food
We stumbled upon the Moots sandwich board sign while walking around Puerto Escondido. We saw "vegano" and "vegetariano" and were sold! The food was all handmade to order; I watched the one staff person (he was waiter, cook, cleaner, etc.) individually hand-batter zucchini fries for another couple. The food was healthy, fresh, and inexpensive. It was BYOB, too! The menu is extremely limited; they only serve what's listed on the sandwich board. It changes daily, though!
