I can here because I had a layover at SGN airport and it was the closest restaurant on Happy Cow. They can make you a plate or order each item individually. Each item I was only charged 20,000 VND (less than $1). They don't speak English but are very nice. The Dau hu sa ot (tofu) was very good.
