- Sour Dough Pizza - Best in Chiang Mai
There are many pizza places in Chiang Mai, but the crust here is sour-dough, and is fresh, every day. (Sometimes the pizzas run out, as demand is so high!) There are a few vegan options for pizza, as well as some pasta and polenta dishes. The menu is currently under development, which is quite exciting. The owners, Boom and Yo, speak English and understand vegan needs and are very happy to answer your questions and try and satisfy special requests. They are artists, who enjoy having a restaurant in the evening. Visit the nearby wats in the evening. The mountain air is cool, fresh and fragrant with nature.
