I work in Schiphol and used to go here regularly. They had several vegan options for breakfast and lunch and the staff were well trained in dietary requirements. Now the staff seem to care less in general. The vegan shortbread is no longer available and the staff now seem ignorant to allergies, dietary preferences etc. The coffee is still great but the place has lost it's charm for me.
