- Could be better
Visited in December 2016. The menu consists of many types of bowls, a few salads and wraps. All the bowls are vegan, which is great. The concept seemed to me to be more related to prepare "healthy" dishes. I had the Holy Shiitake. The plate was a bit tasteless. You could of course taste the steamed vegetables; but I was expecting something more flavorful considering it was supposed to have a ginger sauce. So, it felt as if they forgot to add it. When I asked the staff, they offer to add "more" sauce; and after that, the plate was better. Still, not my favorite; but decent. The ingredients felt fresh and the combinations seemed interesting; however, the taste for me was lacking a little bit. For dessert, I had the banana muffin; which was good. Having said that, it's the only vegan dessert they have. So that's something they could improve too. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and there was plenty of space. In fact, I was surprised the cafe was rather large. And during lunch time was full, so it seems to be popular. Location is comfortable, few minutes walking from Lausanne Flon station, so that's a plus. And take away is available.
