Blaze Pizza is a typical custom-build-it pizza place with lots of topping choices. They also offer soy cheese for vegans. They are even savvy enough to ask if you'd like them to change to fresh plastic gloves before making your vegan pizza. Future vegan offerings will include some sort of tofu-chick'n topping. I get their basic veggie pizza and have them put the sauce on the bottom, add soy cheese, lots of veggies, then some more soy cheese on top. Great!
