  • The cheapest Banh Mi in town

Discovered this place after it was recommended to me by a local friend. 3 years living here and somehow didn't find out about it before. The friendly lady owner was so happy to see me back 2 days in a row. She says tourists don't know about her and she'd love more to come to her stall. Even checked if I was happy with the price and quality of her vegan baguette ( translated through my local friend as the owner just speaks a little English). The baguette is great; just the right amount of crunchiness, filled with tofu marinated in a BBQ sauce, a bit of mock meat, a sprinkling of peanuts, some homemade chilli jam ( she will ask if you want this) and coriander. All for just 10,000 vnd, bargain ( half the price of the vegan Banh Mi at the famous Banh Mi Phoung on the same street)! Updated from previous review on 2016-10-08
