  • bargain lunch

this is a small cafe with two tables, some seats around the walls and outdoor seating(in scotland!). its a great option for lunch, with normally a falafel and hummus wrap and a chickpea mash focaccia. i normally do soup and Sandro has amassed a large collection of soups and most days there are normally two options, always vegan with the exception of every blue moon he will have cheese soup. The soup comes with two slices of bread and is a bargain. the best coffee in in edinburgh imo, and there are options for plant based milk. a small amount of smoothies available and a good selection of proper teas. if you are in the city centre and want a view of the castle i would recommend lunch here.
