- A hidden treasure in Staunton, VA
It's hard to find breakfast options as a vegan, especially when you're visiting somewhere new. The Breakfast Guy food truck is a hidden treasure - not just one vegan breakfast option, but several! The french toast dippers are heavenly (made with a banana batter) and I had to come back for more - including the tofu scramble wrap and the biscuits and gravy (which had me licking the plate). The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diets. Definitely worth a visit!
