Hi there, My name is Chris, I am the owner of D&S. This is a family business, my mom Yvette Caron is your chef, and we are so excited to start offering vegan french dishes. For those that traveled to France, you probably know how complicated and almost impossible to find vegan food... everything is egg or cream based... We worked for 14 month, trying to recreate traditional french dishes, it took a lot of time and efforts but we are finally ready! If you wondered what a boeuf bourguignon, a foie gras or coq au vin tastes like, now you can find it here!
