- Refreshing experience in Cuzco!
My girlfriend and I walked into this gem almost by accident (don’t be discouraged by the street that looks under siege!). While we both enjoy meat and fish, we were really delighted to discover the beautiful, creative vegan menu. We’ve had a delicious onion soup with vegan cheese, delicious artichokes with a mouthwatering salad and very nice truffles for dessert. I don’t know if the owner is able to achieve such level of freshness everyday, but our artichokes had only been picked the day before! The owner and the waitress were both extremely nice and helpful. Even better: the menu was ridiculously cheap (12 soles as of Jan 2017). Definitely the place you need to go in Cusco if you want a refreshing culinary experience or a break from the regular Peruvian food you’ll enjoy during your trip.
