- An alternative to falafels
There are lot of places where you can get a falafel sandwich in Mainz (and actually, this is one of them, too) but this here is a place with another tasty and unique vegan Döner option. In addition to salads you get some fried veggies (like potatoes, courgettes, eggplants) as well as some hot tomato sauce in your sandwich. I have never tried their falafel because I like this Gemüsedöner so much. Give it a try but make sure to specify that you are a vegan!
