• Fresh Organic Outstanding Delicious (FOOD)

I was absolutely Amazed by the unbelievable freshness and colour of the ethically sourced Organic Produce offered in this restaurant. The menu is seasonal using produce grown in their gardens. The presentation of each course in the vegetarian degustation was simply elegant with respectful emphasis on the natural beauty of the gorgeous produce used. Each couse was delicious. The wine selection to accompany each course was impeccable. This restaurant caters for vegetarians and non vegetarians alike with a la carte and degustation menus available. My motivation for this review is about letting vegetarians know they CAN eat at one of the best restaurants in the world! :) The twelve course vegetarian degustation that I experienced showed the full range of one of the best chefs ever and was a dining revelation that I will never forget. It reaffirmed the reasons why I am a vegetarian/vegan and renewed my love for growing organic veggies at home!
