• Best Vegetarian/Vegan Pho

Signature dessert is vegan friendly in that they actually have THE BEST VEGETARIAN/VEGAN PHO we have ever had, including those in Westminster and Garden Grove. That is quite a statement coming from a Vietnamese vegan who used to make a killer bowl of pho prior to going vegan. We had practically given up hope on finding decent vegetarian pho. Their vegetarian pho is the best. They are also open to substituting the tofu for more veggies which I greatly appreciate. My son also loves their soy sauce flavored fried rice. He thinks it is THE best he has ever had of the soy sauce flavored kind. He has tried plenty of Asian and non asian fried rice. They mention they will have a couple more vegan options in the future. We are looking forward to it with great excitement. Good service. Will consider educating them about increasing their vegan portion since we eat more bulk because our food is less calorically dense.
