• Friendly service and great food

I accidentally stumbled by this place in their opening week, and had a chat with the very friendly owners - 3 young guys, whose vision were starting up a sustainable cafe in the heart of Copenhagen. I believe they have one sandwich with chicken on their menu, for the conservatives, but except for that, their selection is vegetarian. I haven't yet tried their vegan sandwich, but their salad is good, and brunch excellent. For their smoothies, they offer a wide variety of different kinds of milk, and they themselves are suggesting the rice milk. Most of their juices (strangely) contain honey, but it is no problem asking them to omit it, as they are freshly squeezed. I would recommend this place, and would hope that in the future, they can go all vegan.
