  • What a lovely bar

I went there with a friend for after work drinks and tapas. We arrived on a Thursday night around 7 and it was pretty full, though mostly because of a large group being there. We sat at the bar and had a really hard time deciding on a drink - everything just sounded so interesting. We ended up both taking the not-your-average-sangria, which came with berries and chia seeds. It was very delicious. My friend had the empanadas which she really enjoyed while I went for the tomato tarte tatin and a dessert of chia creme brulee. Both were excellent. Also, the prices are anything but high - which was surprising, considering how fancy looking and high quality it was. The interior is beautiful and the staff couldn't be friendlier. I was very happy to be there. On this evening, they even had a live band playing in the bar. Considering the small size of the location, the band was almost a bit too loud (it became impossible to talk), but we figured we'd just not talk so much and instead enjoy their music.
