• My favourite place in Mlada Boleslav

I've been going to Sarva Hita for lunch for the past year and even though there is only a single option for daily menu (soup&main course), it only happened once in a year that my taste buds weren't satisfied. The food is lovely, nicely served and well balanced, so you don't feel heavy, but it still keeps you sated for hours. The owners cook the meals with love and passion, using only fresh ingredients. All the meals served are vegan, the same goes for the pastries. As an added bonus, they contain no refined sugar. You also get still water for free. The place tends to be very busy during lunch time and has a limited number of portions each day, so you need to come at noon the latest, before the portions are sold out. In the afternoon the place serves solely as a shop. The only downside for a foreign visitor is that the staff speaks very little English. Updated from previous review on 2016-07-31
