• Vegan Paradise

I was already aware of their outstanding quality, so I decided to start from one of my least favourite cakes: the sacher torte. Well I can say that it is now in my top 5. But this is not it: they have hazelnuts or choco biscuits, "doughnut" (the Italian version which is much better!) with creme or vegan "nutella", chocolate or jam croissants... not to mention the fantastic wanimisu (Wani's version of the famous tiramisu), which is so delicious that I am still speechless. They offer savoury choices as well, I tried several quiches and it was impossible to say which one is the best. But Wani is not just food, is its owners and staff that have been able to create a stylish and welcoming place, supported by consistent and sustainable choices. What more could you ask? Avevo già sentito parlare della loro eccelsa qualità quindi ho deciso di iniziare provando una delle mie torte meno preferite: la sacher. Be posso dire che da ora è entrata nelle top 5. Ma non solo: biscotti alla nocciola, al cioccolato, canestrelli, bombe alla crema e alla "nutella", cornetti al cioccolato o alla marmellata, crostatine... x non parlare del mitico wanimisù, cosi delizioso che sono ancora sotto shock. E poi il salato: ho provato diverse quiche ed anche li è impossibile dire qual è la migliore. Ma Wani non è solamente questo. Sono anche i proprietari ed i loro collaboratori che hanno saputo creare un ambiente stiloso ed accogliente, facendo delle scelte coerenti e sostenibili. Vi sfido a trovare di meglio.
