- Cozy Atmosphere; Fantastic Taste
March 22nd, 2018 was this unique gem of a vegan restaurant’s last day of business. The owner and sole operator of the restaurant explained to me, when I ate there for the final time a few days before the closure, that she had simply become overwhelmed with her triple work focuses of operating the restaurant, supplying various locations with her vegan pastries, and catering for private parties. (She does everything herself so not difficult to understand!) She said, as I recall, that she would be taking a one or two month break, then possibly continue with making vegan pastries which will be order-able online. And I believe she said she may operate a small coffee shop sometimes at the site where she makes the pastries. For direct information, she said, you can follow Little Saebejae’s Facebook page. [My original review is below.] Cozy, relaxing atmosphere and with every dish of the lunch set delicious, with subtle, unique tastes abounding. One of my favorite vegan restaurants in Tokyo.
