- Huggers in Hanam/Itewon
An intimate little restaurant hiding on a backstreet in Seoul. Huggers: my first restaurant visit as a vegan. I wasn't sure what to expect. I had the pesto, Avacado burger with a banana-Avacado smoothie ( I like Avacado) and a piece chocolate mousse cake. The burger was fantastic, though it was served with exactly 4 fries. Had to order a side of fries as well. Can't blame them for up-selling. The smoothie was great, and the cake is one of those " I can't believe it's vegan" kinda foods. The restaurant has a warm, cozy feel to it, and the staff are super-friendly. Top notch, and I'd recommend the place to any hungry person, strolling in the neighborhood, and even worthy of a special trip into the city. Yummers
