• Lives up to the hype!

Sometimes new places get lots of unwarranted publicity. This is not one of those times. I have been watching reviews of by Chloe in NYC for months. I've watched Chloe Coscarelli on YouTube making some of her dishes and saw all the vloggers post their reviews of the LA grand opening. All this made me have to try it myself. My family and I took the hour drive from OC to LA and boy was it worth it. We tried many of the menu items here's what we thought: The Classic Burger-So different from any other vegan burger patty anywhere else, and in a great way! Great flavor and texture Meatball Pesto sub-Perfectly seasoned meatballs with just enough "sausagey" flavor. The toppings bring the whole thing together Mac n' Cheese-Nice flavor, even for my wife who is not a Mac n' cheese fan at all Smashed Avocado toast-Wonderful flavor combination of all the toppings with lightly toasted bread Desserts-We tried the Chlostess cupcake, chocolate cupcake with vanilla frosting, Cinnamon chocolate chip cookie and classic chocolate cookie. All were tasty and better than "regular" desserts! Definitely a must-try when in LA. Chef Chloe has more locations opening on the east coast. Hopefully we'll see an OC location soon!
