- Wonderful Food and Staff, a Rare Find!
I thought there were no vegetarian restaurants in Volgograd but my Russian friend from Astrakhan found this and we were delighted to be eating there. Easy Martshrutka ride from train station (ask for the Gagarin Palace). This restaurant has food items on order - no buffet. Iliana is very helpful and there are variety of soups, veggies, and pastries. Good desserts available too. Try it - you won't regret it!
