This guy's pizze are both genuine and very creative. He's a pro and knows how to choose the best ingredients and bake a perfect dough. Besides, what I really appreciated is that he makes super tasty vegan pizza using traditional ingredients rather than faux cheese: I'm found of faux-chease pizza too, but they're often made with industrial stuff, while, actually, many typical Mediterranean delicacies like artishoke paste or tapenade offer just the melty texture you need on a pizza, with a much richer flavour! Now, OK, if you really really fancy faux cheese: he usually has some in the fridge...
