• Nice Addition to the STL/Creve Coeur Area

I live very close to Fred and Ricky's and am quite glad it opened. It's located in a rather nondescript strip mall in an area of town that does not have any establishments that cater to vegetarians. I am giving it 4 stars because it is all vegan and therefore has a ton of options for vegans. It is also healthy, being nearly entirely oil free. I think it will be a nice option for days when I have nothing to take to work for lunch the next day, or maybe a busy evening. That being said, the food has definitely not blown me away, and it is a little expensive for what it is ($8 for a single serving of lentil soup for instance). The ginger molasses cookies and the pancakes are pretty good, but the entrees I have tried over the past couple weeks (Plantsagna, Mushroom and Barley Risotto, and Lentil Soup) are only okay.
