- Mom & pop Store with great variety
This store has dozens of kinds of textured soy products - canned, frozen, refrigerated and dried. They also sell other nutritional supplements. The variety is really nice as I can substitute the soy products for meat in any recipe. Now that the weather is warmer one of my favorite lunches is to make "chicken" salad and serve it on rye or multi-grain crackers. Yummy!
