- Nice to have a 24hr vegan option in Salem
This is a great addition to Salem. While there's plenty of 24hr-ness to Salem, there is little pronounced vegan friendliness to them. Here, there's many clear,y marked options, and some of them (the scramble) are fairly flavorful, some (like the lentil soup) are a little bland. For Salem, and the overall quality level, most of the prices are quite exaggerated. Example mercy examples of fine vegan cuisine with Meals at some of Portlands nicer vegan restaurants can be the same price, so I'm not sure how diner food in a lower rent city like Salem can justify that, but it is a nice option for vegan insomniacs in Salem. Service is attentive and friendly and there's lots of cool small downtown businesses nearby.
