Being the manager, I can only say that this place was concieved as a chill-out tea-shop, since the usual bars and pubs in the city of Huesca are "typical spanish", which usually includes noisy slot machines, loud-speaking clients and a big screen displaying either futball matches almost everyday or some lame programs on regular TV channels. Nowadays the tea-shop has added a vegetarian and vegan friendly food service on weekends, and we work hard to also have gluten-free and lactose-intolerant options. I love to see vegetarians coming here and enjoying the food, but the real challenge is to show non-vegetarians that eating without animal products is healthy, delicious and fullfilling. So, I hope everybody recommends this place and thus we can contribute a little to the health of everyone and the Earth. Thank you all. Como propietario, sólo puedo decir que este sitio fue concebido como una tetería de relax, ya que los bares y pubs de Huesca son los típicos en España, con máquinas tragaperras ruidosas, clientes gritones y un gran televisor que emite todos los partidos de fútbol que hay, o bien programas insulsos de cualquier canal. Recientemente la Tetería añadió un servicio de restaurante vegetariano los fines de semana, y trabajamos para ofrecer también opciones para intolerantes a la lactosa y celiacos. Me encanta ver a vegetarianos y veganos disfrutando del menú, pero el auténtico reto es atraer a los no vegetarianos para que comprueben que la comida vegetariano no sólo es saludable, sino también deliciosa y que además llena. Espero que todo el mundo nos recomiende, y así podamos contribuir a la salud de todos, y también del planeta Tierra. Gracias a todas
