We love TOPO and dine their frequently. Being Vegan their aren't a lot of options in Northwestern New Jersey. The staff is knowledgeable with regards to our dietary needs Zander will gladly add or remove ingredients to accommodate. The atmosphere is cozy and never rushed, plus each booth has its own water spicket so you can refill at your leisure. The Pho is tasty, plentiful and made vegan friendly. The food here is consistent and the waitstaff friendly, although they are sometimes a bit slow once the place fills up. I'd love it if they added brown rice as an option.
