In the past three weeks, I have been to Seitan three times, and it never fails to disappointment every time. The vegan lasagna was the best I've ever had in Peru, or anywhere else, the set menu during the weekdays is one of the best lunch deals at only fifteen soles for a drink, bread, appetizer, entree, and a small dessert. I highly recommend eating here any day of the week. Even on weekends when the set menu is not available, the menu has a great and still affordable selection of plates, appetizers, and drinks. Get the chocolate molten lava cake with lucuma ice cream, you will not regret it. He ido a Seitan tres veces en tres semanas, y cada vez lo encuentro aun mas rico. El menú de quince soles es siempre increíble, y no puede tener mejor precio. La lasaña vegana es la mas deliciosa que he comido en mi vida entera, y todos los postres son deliciosos. Y amo que siempre están tocando música criolla. Mi restaurante favorito en esta ciudad.
