• The best Vegan restaurant in Peru

I am from Lima Peru. In Lima there's not a lot of vegan/vegetarian restaurants. Most of them are located in Miraflores or in Lince district. I've visited almost of them, but let me say that Seitan is by far the best vegan restaurant in Lima. It's not big nor small. In lunch time there's a menu that cost 15 soles (5 dollars depending to exch rate). ALways have 3 options of entrees, 2 options of main dishes and a tiny dessert. At night vegan high cuisine begins (open W, T, F and Sat). Chef Santiago Santolalla shows his skills learn in France and you can notice. You can tell when a chef is running his own restaurant by true passion. Cost of dinner between $5 to $10 (just one). No more words, try it and if you have the chance to talk with Santiago or his father Rafael, let me tell you, you will be happy.
