We had a lovely Christmas meal of bean thread noodle soup and fried tofu when many other places were closed for the holidays. The chef clearly knew what vegan meant and was very friendly- and complementary- in her service of preparing the meal. I knew to ask for the vegan broth thanks to other reviews!
