The Los Quetzales Eco Lodge restaurant is open every day from 7 AM -8:30PM, There's a generous buffet breakfast for guests, with many options such as fresh orange & carrot juice , home baked bread, house made granola & oatmeal, local jams, local tropical fruits , coffee & herb tea. For lunch & dinner, the restaurant is open to the public. locally grown organic vegetables, herbs, and dairy products are used in the restaurant 's salad bar & vegetarian dishes, and several options are vegan, such as hummus, lentil or black bean soup, quinoa with sautéed vegetables and Thai green curry. The vegetarian dishes are heavy on dairy, but if you are lacto-veg, you'll enjoy the fresh, house made cheeses, sour cream, milk & yogurt in their creamy soups, veggie lasagna, burritos, wraps , pestos.
