Finally made it here! There are not many reviews online for this place but the ones that are there are well deserved 5s! After strolling along the main stretch in Condado, we decided to make the stop here for dinner. We met Ernesto who puts the menu together who recommended the burger and taco for us. ( The lunch buffet was already over) We ordered his suggestions and added a quesadilla to share. This food was so flavorful. The tortillas, if I understood properly are made from a gluten free cassava flour and added to the flavor of the taco and quesadilla. Ernesto kept checking in on us to make sure everything was good and he let me sample some of the macaroni salad he had left over from the lunch buffet. AMAZING! We took some to go to bring back to our hotel. He explained that the buffet normal starts when they open at 11. He decides on the menu every morning so it is different pretty much everyday. The buffet goes until around 3-4 when most things run out. He then has the standard menu which includes the food we ordered, plus a few additional items that can be put together quickly. This place is a definitely a must try for the service and flavor.
