I have been waiting for a restaurant that cooks with only produce for my whole life. They use no sugar, salt, flour, oil, meat, dairy---only fruits and veggies and everything from scratch. I feel safe to eat anything I want on the menu and trust that it's good for me...AND it all tastes super good :) The Thai Zucchini Noodles are Chia Pudding are my fav and I get the Kale Smoothie every day!
