Blue Star is such a fabulous little diner in Bridgeland. They have a pretty decent vegetarian menu and they are always really accommodating to make things vegan. I love the vegan burger and the French fries are absolutely amazing! This is also a great place because meat eaters can easily dine here as well! I love that they have the option for almond or soy milk for coffee and the service is always absolutely fantastic.
